Our Services

Deliveries

Local deliveries are completed using our drivers and fleet of vehicles, with order fulfilment on standard office stationery items and printer cartridges at over 98%.

Special order items, and office furniture items are available on an extended lead time and you will be advised of a lead time at the time of order.

If an item is out of stock and won’t be available for next day delivery you will be contacted by our customer service team and advised of an estimated back-order date and/or offered an alternative depending on what suits your requirements.

National deliveries are completed via Fed-Ex or DPD Local.

Desk top delivery

Our drivers will always ask where you would like your orders delivered, so they are delivered exactly where you need it.

You may have multiple drop sites/locations, or your paper is kept somewhere different to general stationery.

If you have a departmental ordering system the deliveries will be split and labelled accordingly.

Office Furniture Showroom

Our office furniture showroom stocks a range of office and home chairs, desks, and storage items to view and try before you buy.

Chairs are available to take away (or delivery is free in the area), furniture can be ordered in with delivery as quick as one week!

Two furniture specialists are on hand to help you decide and find the best solution for your needs.

Online ordering

If you prefer to place your orders online, we will set you up with your own login which means you are able to view your contract price list online and order directly from it.

You can also personalise the site by making your own favourites list.

We believe that each of our customers are individual and need different requirements from a single user to multi-branch ordering requiring authorisation for budget control.

Cost saving analysis and management reports

For our new customers the Account Manager in the area will arrange a visit to come go through an in-depth cost saving analysis showing how you can save money on like for like products, or even offering a product swap to make further savings.

We can also do this for existing customers if they are looking at reducing current costs and sampling new products.

Competitive pricing

We aim to be competitively priced on all products you purchase from POS.

A core list of contract prices will be negotiated with you for your most popular items, so you will know always know what you will be paying for your core items.

Friendly & efficient service

Our customer service team are always happy to help with any enquiries you have whether it’s price, availability or a query on an existing order or delivery, our team will aim to answer your question or resolve your problem quickly and efficiently.

Collections

Items and orders can be collected from our offices.

Special orders, and non-stock items must be paid for at the time of ordering.

Payments can be made by credit/debit cards, or cash.

Please note: items shown in stock on our website are available for next-day delivery or collection, and may not be in stock in Peterborough for same-day collection.
