Designed for application where the use of a tapped thread is impractical or impossible, these handy rivet nuts can be anchored entirely from one side thanks to their internal threading. This handy solution removes the need for a traditional bolt on the ‘rear’ of the materials being fastened together, increasing working efficiency by allowing the user to complete the job from one side. Particularly suitable for fastening thin materials, these can be used as a captive nut or rivet and are ideal for fastening materials with a lower grip range (under 3mm).
